Leask Marine Ltd are looking to strengthen their crewing team and have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Vessel Master to join us.

UK-based on 4-week rotations, with excellent salary and company benefits including a company pension plan, health insurance and a cycle-to-work scheme.

The role

We are seeking an experienced Multicat Vessel Master (<500GT) to take command of our new 3113 Damen DP1 multicat vessel, the MV C-Trojan. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and leadership of crew, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

What we are looking for

• Multicat and DP experience.
• STCW Master <500GT (Near Coastal) Certificate of Competency, or equivalent.
• Valid ENG1 medical.
• Proven command experience in coastal waters.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and ship-handling skills.

Must have the right to work in the UK, as well as being fluent in English and able to communicate at a high level.
