We are hiring: Accounts & Office Administration Co-ordinator

Leask Marine Ltd are looking for an Accounts & Office Administration Co-ordinator to join our office in Kirkwall.

  • Full Time Permanent
  • 5 days per week Mon – Frid 9am – 5pm
  • Location is Kirkwall

The duties include sage financial input & invoicing, payroll & pension, supplier payments, reconciliation of banking, VAT filing online, and general administration duties as required.

Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting packages and Microsoft office are essential, along with good communications skills to liaise with company bookkeeper, accountants, clients and sub-contractors.
