Full Time or Part Time.

Hours can be negotiable.

Location: Kirkwall, Orkney

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy team to provide general administrative support to the Office Administration team. 

Duties will include maintaining records and databases, answering calls from clients, and all other administrative requirements on a day-to-day basis within this varied, but demanding environment. 

With a busy workload you must have excellent organisation and communication skills and able to work on your own initiative and prioritise work in order to cope with tight deadlines.

Knowledge of general administrative, customer-facing reception duties, Microsoft Office packages and basic financial systems is desirable however, in-house training can be provided.
