Turbine Trials

The Leask Marine engineering team have completed a complex frame build for a turbine testing project. The frame is being used to deploy and allow our client to test tow the operating parameters of their underwater turbine.

For part of this project Leask Marine have engaged the services of Aurora Marine and their MV Aaran team to run trials in the Firth of Forth between Edinburgh and Burntisland.
