Due to fleet expansion Leask Marine Ltd are looking to increase their crewing team to support the introduction of their new 3113 Damen DP1 multicat vessel, the MV C-Trojan.

Vessel Master (Under 500GT, Near Coastal, STCW II/3)
We are seeking an experienced Multicat Vessel Master (<500GT) to take command of our new vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe navigation, operation, and leadership of crew, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.
- Multicat & DP1 experience
- STCW Master <500GT (Near Coastal) Certificate of Competency (or equivalent).
- Valid ENG1 medical.
- Proven command experience in coastal waters.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and ship-handling skills
Officer of the Watch (Under 500GT, Near Coastal, STCW II/3)
We are looking for two qualified Officers of the Watch (<500GT, Near Coastal) to join our team and support safe and efficient coastal vessel operations. The successful candidates will assist the Master in navigation, watchkeeping, and vessel management, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Multicat or tug experience
- STCW Officer of the Watch <500GT (Near Coastal) Certificate of Competency (or equivalent).
- Valid ENG1 medical.
- Watchkeeping experience on vessels in near coastal waters.
- Strong teamwork, seamanship, and safety awareness.
Chief Engineer (Less than 3000kW, STCW III/3)
We are seeking two qualified Chief Engineer’s (<3000kW, STCW III/3) to join the vessel. The successful candidate’s will be responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of all vessel machinery and technical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- STCW Chief Engineer <3000kW (III/3) Certificate of Competency (or equivalent).
- Valid ENG1 medical.
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multicat propulsion and auxiliary systems for DP1 vessels
Second Engineer (Less than 3000kW, STCW III/3)
We are seeking two qualified engineers to support the Chief Engineer in the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of vessel machinery under 3000kW propulsion power, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- STCW Chief Engineer <3000kW (III/3) Certificate of Competency (or equivalent)
- Valid ENG1 medical.
- Strong hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with multicat propulsion and auxiliary systems for DP1 vessels
- Navigational Watch Rating as required
